This simple recipe only takes a few ingredients, and about 30 minutes to make. The result is about 8 cups of mocktail — so be prepared to drink up. Spiced Cranberry Mocktail1 quart Cranberries (3 12 oz. bags)
2 cups Sugar
2 quarts Water
2 cups Orange Juice (fresh)
3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
2 sticks, Cinnamon Ginger Ale
Mix and boil cranberries, sugar and water until cranberries pop open. Strain cranberries from the juice and discard. Add Orange Juice, lemon juice and cinnamon sticks. Simmer on the stove for about 10 minutes. Remove from stove and chill. Mix 1/3 Ginger Ale to 2/3 Cranberry mixture when serving. I teamed up with 10 other marvelous bloggers. Agreed with Colleen! All good cocktails start off with a great base. This sounds great with or without the booze!
